A Burnham-On-Sea charity shop hopes to raise hundreds of pounds by holding a week of busking.
The Sue Ryder Care shop in Burnham’s High Street is inviting local musicians of all ages and abilities to join in the event.
“Musicians will be able to come into the shop any time between 9am-5pm each day until February 25th to perform in the intimate surroundings of our shop,” a spokeswoman told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“Previous busking weeks have included performances by singers, bell ringers, rappers and players of banjos, fiddles, guitars and accordians – all for a good cause.”
Since space is limited in the shop, the organisers are asking those interested in taking part to call 01278 786394 to book a slot.
