Wildlife carers at Secret World Wildlife Rescue near Burnham-On-Sea are looking after these tiny ducklings this week following an unusual rescue.
The tiny creatures were brought to the charity in East Huntspill after being trapped down a cattle-grid.
“A lovely couple brought four ducklings in to us – their children noticed that they had fallen down a cattle-0grid and were trapped with no mother to be seen,” a spokeswoman told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“A gentleman rescued the babies and they are now tucked up under a heat lamp with a lone duckling that had come in earlier.”
It’s hoped the ducklings will be released back into the wild later in the year.
