A motorcyclist was taken to hospital with leg injuries after an accident partially closed a busy road in Burnham-On-Sea on Thursday evening (March 19th).
Paramedics and police rushed to Berrow Road at 6pm, as pictured, after a collision involving a motorbike and a car.
Police spokesman Steve Game told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We were called at 6pm to Berrow Road where the collision had taken place outside the Warren Guest House.”
“A Peugoet motorbike collided with a Lotus car. The motorcyclist suffered leg injuries and was taken to Weston General Hospital in an ambulance.”
The road was fully open to traffic again by 6.45pm.
