Scores of model train enthuasists from across the country flocked to a vintage Hornby model train show in Highbridge at the weekend.
The Bristol and Somerset Group of the Hornby Railway Collectors’ Association held their sixth Vintage Hornby Train Show in the B Block at King Alfred School.
“Vistors of all ages were able to enjoy seeing a wide variety of model railway layouts on 0 and 00 scales, and also trade stands selling new and second-hand items,” said spokesman Peter Lintern.
The event has only been held at the school for two years, but organisers said they intend to return again next year.
