A Burnham-On-Sea fire crew was called out after reports of a chimney blaze at a property in the town on Sunday afternoon (November 16th).
One Burnham fire appliance was sent to Trinity Rise shortly after 3pm.
Crews confirmed there was a small fire on the plate above a log burner.
The crews took the log burner out so that hot embers could be removed and a safety check of the area took place.
