A Burnham-On-Sea firm was featured on national TV this week coming to the rescue of a Bridgwater couple.
Adam Cahill Carpet & Flooring appeared on Channel 5’s Cowboy Builders after the broadcaster asked if they could urgently help out with the floor installation of a house after being let down at the last minute by another company.
Adam’s diary was already booked up so to do the work he had to complete his normal day’s work and then start the Cowboy Builders project at 6pm, working through until after midnight.
After a 6am start the following morning among painters and decorators and many other tradesmen, the job was completed on time.
“It was chaos but we did it,” he told Burnham-On-Sea.com. “The publicity has been fantastic – I’ve had lots of interest on my social media sites and questions and some funny comments from my customers. Its all good for business and I was glad to have been of help.”
Adam thanked his customers who kindly agreed for him to delay their installations to help the TV production and ensure the property was ready for them for the show’s big reveal.
