Over 20 residents were presented with awards when the town’s annual Burnham In Bloom prize ceremony was held on Friday night (November 21st).
Scores of residents, children and business owners gathered in the Town Council Chambers for the presentation night.
Awards were given to those who helped brighten up the town over the summer with floral displays and artwork.
Deputy Mayor Dennis Davey thanked those who had taken part and praised Burnham In Bloom organisers Dave Perrett and Richard Young for their involvement.
Dennis said: “I thank all those who entered for making the the town look so lovely over the summer – it is much appreciated by residents and visitors.”
Dave added: “The standard of entries on show across the town was superb again this year and the children’s art entries have also been superb this year so thanks go to everyone.”
