A brand new book shop has opened in Burnham-On-Sea town centre this week.
Burnham Rotary Club opened its seasonal book shop at the former Fabulous Fruit & Veg charity shop in the town’s College Street and all proceeds will be used by the Rotary Club for local charitable purposes.
The temporary shop is open Monday-Saturday from 10am until 4pm until September 3rd, except for August Bank Holiday Monday when the Rotarians will be helping at the Summer Fete in the Manor Gardens.
“Come and browse, we may just have the book you’re looking for,” said a spokesman.
“The club has a good stock of books to sell, but donations of books in good condition, especially paperbacks, will be welcomed at the shop when open.”
