Police are appealing for help to identify the occupants of a car said to have been driving erratically in Burnham-On-Sea on Saturday (September 9th).
An Avon and Somerset Police spokesperson said the car, a blue BMW, was seen driving in the Abingdon Road area at around 3.30pm.
The spokesperson said witnesses had reported seeing two or three girls in the back of the vehicle in a ‘distressed’ state.
The spokesperson said: “We’re concerned for the girls’ welfare and want to establish they are safe and well.”
Anyone who can help police identify the girls, or who has any information about the car, is asked to call police on 101, quoting reference 5217206648.
