Businesses in Burnham-On-Sea are being encouraged to attend the AGM of the town’s Chamber of Trade this evening (Thursday, June 14th).
At the meeting, an update will be given on plans to submit a second bid for Mary Portas funding for the town centre.
The proposals from Burnham’s Town Team are aimed at boosting trade and modernising the town centre.
An update will also be given on the chamber’s past year of activities, along with an election of officers.
The meeting will start at 6pm in the upstairs room at the Somerset and Dorset pub in Burnham High Street.
“All local traders are very welcome to come along to meet other businesses and hear about the plans for the coming year,” said a spokesman.
