A US Army jeep driven onto Brean beach got into a sticky situation when it became stuck in mud at the weekend.
The beach warden says the vehicle, pictured here, was a US Army WW Jeep which got into difficulty on Sunday (September 10th).
“It was unloaded from a trailer and was driven straight out into the mud where its wheels sank and it become stuck,” said the beach warden.
The owner used a Landrover to pull the vehicle free several hours before the tide would have reached it.
