Police issue appeal after sexual assault in Burnham-On-Sea

Burnham-On-Sea police have issued an appeal for witnesses following an alleged sexual assault in the town on Thursday (June 28th).

Officers were called to the Frank Foley Parkway at 2.30pm on Thursday after the woman was attacked.

Police spokesman Martin Dunscombe told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “Police are investigating an alleged sexual assault, which occurred in the Frank Foley Parkway at around 2.30pm.”

“An inquiry is underway and we would ask anyone with information to get in contact with us by calling 101.”
