Dozens of colourful patriotic-themed blooms filled a tiny church on the outskirts of Burnham-On-Sea over the weekend during its annual flower festival.
A steady flow of visitors flocked to Edithmead Church on Saturday and Sunday for the popular festival.
The tiny tin church was open to the public for the two days and also served cream teas, raising cash for the church’s upkeep.
“With the Jubilee and London Olympics taking place this year, our congregation was set the task of producing flower displays to match this – and they certainly rose to the challenge,” a spokeswoman told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
