Budding musicians and entertainers will be able to take part in Burnham-On-Sea’s own version of the hit TV talent show Britain’s Got Talent later this year.
The Princess Theatre and Arts Centre has this week announced it is to hold a talent show called ‘Highbridge and Burnham’s Got Talent’ on Saturday 8th December and it has begun the search for contestants.
The Princess is looking for anyone who thinks they may have a talent to come forward and enter the theatre’s very first talent show.
“Entrants can be solo performers, duos, groups or clubs and a wide variety of acts is encouraged,” organiser Jonathan Smith told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“Those taking part will be limited to a 10-minute maximum performance in which to display their skills.”
“As well as the chance to shine in front of a packed audience there will also be prizes on offer for the top acts.”
Entry forms and further information can be downloaded here or picked up at The Princess on Tuesdays-Fridays between 10am and 3pm. The entry fee is £5.00 per act.
