A Burnham-On-Sea estate agent has been praised for its customer service at an awards ceremony.
Creswick Estates, trading as CJ Hole, said its sales department is “thrilled” to have received an ‘Exceptional’ award for their efforts and customer service, with the Lettings department being awarded a ‘Highly Rated’.
The EA Masters Awards involve analysis of vast amounts of data, as well as a large-scale mystery shopping exercise, as part of an initiative that spanned across 25,0000 Rightmove branches.
