Free film-making sessions for kids in Highbridge over half term break

-

A week of Half Term film-making activities are to be held in Highbridge.

The free event, organised by Family Connections, will be held in Highbridge Community Hall between October 26th and 30th.

Youngsters will be able to learn about film making, animation and digital photography. No previous experience is required, and all equipment and materials will be provided.

One of the organisers, Kirsty Bucknell, told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “All families with children under 16 years of age are welcome, but to participate a parent or guardian must accompany the children.”

“The scheme prioritises those families living locally.”

Some families in Highbridge have already taken part in previous school holiday events and you can see the work they have produced online here.

To book a place, get in touch with Kirsty by calling 01278 455649 or email her at Kirsty@somersetfilm.com. Family Connections is a Big Lottery funded project.
