Police have thanked the public for their help in finding missing woman Linda Pruvedenti who had not been seen in several days since being spotted in Highbridge at the weekend.
Linda, who is from Bridgwater, had been last seen in Highbridge on Sunday (November 19th) and then her bag was found in the Cotham area of Bristol on Monday (November 20th).
Police said that the 55-year-old – who suffers from alopecia – had been found “safe and well” on Tuesday evening.
Detective Inspector Angela Burtonwood had said earlier in the day: “Linda’s disappearance is out of character and we’re growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.”
