Burnham-On-Sea town centre took on a festive feel this week when dozens of Christmas lights were installed along the High Street.
Workmen started work on placing the seasonal lights on lamp posts and buildings within a few hours of the town’s carnival finishing.
The lights were tested, as pictured here, in readiness for the official switch-on later this month.
The switch-on ceremony will be held on Saturday, November 28th in the early evening outside the Victoria Inn.
Organised by Burnham-On-Sea Chamber of Trade, the event will also include music from popular Burnham band The Ginger Hitlas in addition to other local entertainment.
