A capacity audience crowded into Brent Knoll Parish Hall for a special concert by talented young singer Gracie Wickens-Sweet and the Coastline Singers on Saturday evening (April 25th).
The 11 year-old sang a wide-ranging line-up of songs alongside the choir, including a mixture of music from Abba, country, pop and musical theatre.
Her father, David, told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “There was a terrific atmosphere, and Gracie really shined. She loves performing and putting a smile on people’s faces.”
“It was a super evening for her to sing in front of residents, supporters, family and friends.”
Gracie has hit the headlines many times, most recently as the winner of Burnham’s BOS Factor competition last year. She has also received rave reviews in national competitions from such stars as Connie Fisher and David Mahoney.
