A week-long exhibition showcasing the work of more than 20 Burnham-On-Sea artists will get underway in the town on Saturday (May 23rd).
Dozens of paintings by Burnham Art Club members are on display at Burnham Community Centre, where the event runs from from 10am-5pm from Saturday 23rd May to Friday 29th May.
The free exhibition features the work of local artists and is running every day at the centre in Berrow Road next to Burnham Swim and Sports Academy.
“We have a lovely mixture of pieces of art on display this year – from oils and acrylics to water colours,” the club’s Peter Smith told Burnham-On-Sea.com. “We encourage residents and visitors to drop in and visit us this week.”
“We will also be having two late evenings, which will be Tuesday and Thursday, when we stay open until 8pm.”
