Heavy snow has fallen across the Burnham-On-Sea area this week, creating these picturesque scenes in the town and making dangerous driving conditions.
The Met Office issued a red warning – the first of its kind in England – as Storm Emma’s sub-zero temperatures and a biting easterly wind combined with several hours of snowfall to leave treacherous conditions.
