A property in the centre of Highbridge could soon be turned into a new development of 14 flats, a restaurant and a leisure facility.
Property Link has submitted an application for Outline Planning Permission to Sedgemoor District Council for the redevelopment of Canal House, which is situated in a prominent location at the junction of Market Street and Huntspill Road besides the A38 roundabout pictured above.
The existing shops and flats at the site would be demolished to make way for the new, modern property, which would comprise a retail unit, restaurant and leisure facility plus fourteen new flats.
Sedgemoor District Council’s planning department is accepting feedack on the application until 13th April.
