Thieves smashed a car window and stole a handbag during a break-in at a Highbridge car park earlier this week.
The grey VW Golf was attacked outside Highbridge Scout Hut in Coronation Road between 3.05pm and 3.15pm on Monday (March 15th).
“The front passenger window was smashed and a hanbag and its contents were taken,” a police spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com on Thursday.
“We would urge motorists to remove valuables from vehicles when they are parked.”
