Burnham-On-Sea’s seafront hovercraft station was transformed into a winter wonderland – complete with falling ‘snow’ – during the weekend.
More than 500 people visited the popular two-day Christmas fundraising event, which included a grotto for Father Christmas.
Burnham’s Mayor Ken Smout and MP Tessa Munt were also among the visitors who came along to give their support.
A snow-making machine created wintry scenes outside the station despite the mild temperatures!
The Mayor said: “It was great to see so many families coming out to support this festive fundraiser for a great local charity.”
A BARB spokesman added: “Many thanks go to all those who attended our event and to BARB’s volunteer crewmembers giving up their time to run this successful festive event, which has raised hundreds of pounds for the charity. We wish everyone a very happy Christmas.”
