Revellers in Burnham-On-Sea and Highbridge will be able to celebrate the start of 2013 in style with a choice of live entertainment on New Year’s Eve.

Burnham’s Ginger Hitlas will be playing at the Pier Tavern in Pier Street throughout the evening on New Year’s Eve. Free entry.
Highbridge Social Club in Church Street will be holding its New Year’s Eve party from 8pm onwards with ‘Ping and I’ providing live music. Call 782446 for details.
Skye Bar in Burnham High Street will be holding a New Year’s Eve party from 10pm until 3am. Entry costs £5.
Enjoy a night of live music with Amy Lee at Burnham’s Somerset and Dorset pub to see in the New Year.
Local DJs will be playing at TA8s Bar in Pier Street, Burnham until 3am with raffles and a collection for Wraxal Children’s Hospice during a special New Year’s Eve Party. Free entry to all.
Enjoy a night of live country music at Brean Leisure Park’s Taven pub to see in the New Year. There will be a festive buffet and performances from Steve Hanks and Boney Fingers. For further details, call 751235.
The Orchard Inn in West Huntspill will offer live music from The Smokin’ Beagles and The Talk Show Hosts on New Years Eve. Free entry.
A family fun night with karaoke, music, food and fun will be held at the BAY Centre from 7.30pm-12.30am. There will be a ‘bring and share buffet’, so bring along a plate or two of nibbles! Free entry.

Burnham’s Three Streets group will be holding a Neighbourhood New Year’s Eve Party with a nautical-theme at The Boat House, Lakeside in Burnham from 7pm. Tickets include a buffet supper, a DJ spinning tunes for all ages and drinks promotions all night. Tickets are now sold out.
