Comedy film screening in Burnham-On-Sea will help town festival

-

A film is to be screened at Burnham-On-Sea’s Ritz Cinema to raise funds for a popular annual Highbridge event later this month.

The Highbridge Festival Of The Arts will benefit from a matinee screening of The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel at the Ritz Cinema in Victoria Street.

“After last year’s hugely successful showing of Mamma Mia we have arranged a showing of one of the best loved comedies of last year. With a cast including Judi Dench, Maggie Smith, Bill Nighy and Celia Imrie it looks like it’s going to be a treat,” a spokesman for the festival told Burnham-On-Sea.com.

The film will be shown on Monday 21st January with doors opening at 1.30pm and the film starting at 2.00pm. Tickets, costing £5, are available from The Ritz Cinema by calling 01278 794123.
