Proposals to build a new amusement arcade in Brean have been given the go-ahead by district council planners this week.
Brightholme Caravan Park had applied for Full Planning Permission to construct the new arcade on its site in Coast Road.
Sedgemoor District Council’s planning department considered the plans and has granted the park permission to proceed.
“The erection of the new building to form an amusement arcade is in scale with the existing facilities, would be readily available to users, and would not increase the environmental impact of the site,” a spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
Under the plans, the wooden building will be constructed near the front of the site.
