Highbridge police to hold quarterly community meeting this evening

-

Highbridge residents will be able to have their say about policing in the town when a quarterly Partners and Communities Together (PACT) meeting is held tonight (Thursday, April 29th).

PACT meetings give local residents a chance to influence what happens in their neighbourhood and today’s meeting will be held at 7.30pm in the St John Ambulance Hall in Bank Street Car Park.

Drugs use and parking issues were the top two priorities set by residents at the last Highbridge meeting earlier this year.

A police spokeswoman told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “The Highbridge Neighbourhood Team is dedicated to making your community safer and stronger by finding local solutions to local problems.”

“Please support us in this by taking the time to speak to us about community concerns, their causes and possible solutions. It is only by all working together that we can make a difference.”
