Highbridge residents are being invited to turn back the decades for an evening of local history this evening (Friday 13th April).
The town’s proud heritage will be brought to life with a slideshow and talk by local historian John Strickland at 7pm in St John’s Church Hall.
The town’s cinema, railway, carnival, town centre shops and brickworks are among the topics set to be covered.
Tickets, priced £5 to include tea and cake, are available from the Church office on 01278 780633. Funds will help the church.
