Driver hurt as car crashes into ditch near Burnham-On-Sea
The driver of this car was lucky to escape with minor injuries after a crash near Burnham-On-Sea on Friday afternoon (August 14th).
The car left Harp Road between Brent Knoll and Mark following a period of heavy rainfall that left the surface slippery.
Police spokesman Wayne Baker told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “Police were called to a single vehicle road traffic collision at 3.30pm in Harp Road near Plumtree Farm.”
“An ambulance was called to the scene and the driver was treated for an arm injury.”
