Burnham-On-Sea fire crews tackled a kitchen blaze at a property in the town on Saturday afternoon (January 26th).
Crews rushed to the home in Fraser Close at 2.50pm after a concerned neighbour reported seeing smoke emerging from the property.
“Two fire appliances from Burnham attended and crews extinguished a small fire involving a cooker hob,” said a spokesman. “They ventilated the property which was completely smoke logged.”
The cause of the fire was believed to be accidental.
