Love was in the air in Highbridge on Saturday (February 2nd) when a Valentines Day themed craft fair was held.
The event at Highbridge Community Centre in Market Street attracted crowds of people to buy early gifts.
“We had a great turnout of around 30 stalls and great support from lots of visitors,” organiser Kerry Mason, right, told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
The stalls featured stalls selling a wide range of Valentines gifts ranging from cards and cakes to homemade chocolate, jewellery, bunting and printed gift sets.
Highbridge Dreamscheme was among the stallholders and its tombola stall was also hailed a success.
A charity raffle was also held and raised £130 for Post Pals, a national charity that helps you ‘Post a Smile on a Sick Child’s Face’ by sending cards, letters, emails and little gifts to seriously ill children.
Kerry is planning a second craft fair at the community centre in Highbridge later this year in the run-up to Christmas.
