Young Highbridge entrepreneur launches online garden centre

-

A young Highbridge entrepreneur has launched a new online garden centre to bring something fresh to the marketplace.

With National Gardening Week upon us, young business owner Oliver Cogger from Highbridge has launched his brand new website.

Oliver got the idea to create his own online garden centre after working within the industry for several years.

He saw a real need for an online garden centre catering to individuals who don’t have time to visit physical garden centres, but able to order plants from home, work or on the move. The new website is online at www.emeraldplants.co.uk

Oliver says the majority of garden centres seem to neglect new and beginner gardeners, so he is vowing to help all ages with online help guides, monthly gardening tips, video how-to guides and more.

Speaking to Burnham-On-Sea.com, he said: “I am proud to be launching my very own online business from the Burnham-On-Sea area where I know the local community will support me and spread the good word. We will be looking to host local events, partnering with local businesses to better showcase the plants and gardening know how on a more regular basis.”

“A huge thank you to the support from all his suppliers and individuals who have helped get the online business ready for the big day.”

National Gardening Week was launched seven years ago by the RHS and aims to become the country’s biggest celebration of gardening. Thousands of people, gardens, charities, retailers, culture and heritage organisations and groups have got involved over the years.
