A group of swimmers from Burnham-On-Sea Swimming Club who took part in a recent fundraising swim in Brean have handed over the money they raised.
The nine Burnham swimmers took part in the annual Swimarathon at Brean Splash, held earlier this month.
This week, club has handed over a cheque for £173.50 to event organiser Jim Tancock from Burnham-On-Sea Rotary Club in aid of the Somerset and Dorset Air Ambulance.
The annual Swimarathon, run by the Rotary Club and the Inner Wheel, involved 17 teams swimming lengths of the Brean Splash pool to raise charity cash.
