Staff and residents at a nursing home in Burnham-On-Sea have raised hundreds of pounds for a good cause.
Burnham Nursing Home held a successful animal-themed Memory Walk to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Society on Thursday 24th September.
“Despite it being a little windy we had a great time and are delighted to have raised over £300 for this great cause,” said Helen Somers, activities co-ordinator at the home.
Alzheimer’s Society, which is leading the fight against dementia, supports those with the condition.
