Emergency services were called to help the driver of this car following a crash near Burnham-On-Sea on Saturday (October 3rd).
The blue Chevrolet left the A38 in the village of Rooksbridge, close to the junction with Mendip Business Park, as pictured here.
The vehicle left the road, travelled over a grassed area, and ended up on its side in the water-filled ditched.
Police were called to the scene and diverted traffic around the scene. It is understood there were no serious injuries in the incident.
