Burnham-On-Sea will be hosting a Cider Festival this weekend with two days of live music and local brews on offer.
The festival takes place on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th October at The Ritz in Burnham’s Victoria Street.
The Burnham Cider Festival will feature a wide range of mainly local ciders, including such gems as Westcroft’s Janets Jungle Juice, Mill Whites’ Rum Cask and Weston’s Old Rosie.
The Ritz Travers Suite will be the hub of the festival, although visitors are welcome to use all of the Ritz bars and there will be great live music on stage though the weekend, with Lee Lambert on Saturday afternoon and an open mic session from midday on Sunday.
Admission is free all weekend apart from Saturday evening, which will feature the Mangled Wurzels. Tables of four or more may be reserved for the Mangled Wurzels and tickets are on sale at £5 (£4 members). More information can be obtained from the Ritz on 01278 785365.
