Major roadworks will see a busy road near Burnham-On-Sea closed for 18 weeks from later this week.
Wessex Water will be shutting the Mark Causeway from October 26th until the end of next February to carry out sewerage network improvements.
Electronic signs have been installed this week, as pictured, warning motorists of the work and to advise them that diversions will be in force.
The closure affects the area of the Causeway from the junction with Southwick Road, eastwards for a distance of 600 metres. More details here.
