A group of travellers left a Burnham-On-Sea car park on Monday but a new group arrived on land at the entrance to Apex Park.
The seven traveller vehicles left the parking area at the back of the B&M store where they had been pitched up since the middle of last week.
But two caravans and two vehicles set up camp on the grassy area at the entrance to Apex Park in Marine Drive, pictured above.
Sedgemoor District Council, which owns the land, will once again begin the legal process of getting them moved.
