Burnham-On-Sea man cleared of baseball attack on his father

-

A Burnham-On-Sea man has this week been cleared of attacking his father with a baseball bat.

Lee Noad of Jaycroft Road was charged earlier this year with ‘wounding with intent’ following an incident in January.

A three-day court hearing was scheduled to begin at Taunton Crown Court on Wednesday (August 25th).

However, it did not proceed after prosecutors offered no evidence and Recorder Michael Selfe delivered a not guilty verdict. Mr Noad had been accused of attacking his father, Burnham hairdresser Peter Noad.
