The driver of this car was lucky to escape serious injuries after his vehicle overturned near Burnham-On-Sea on Friday night (May 3rd).
Police, fire and ambulance crews were called to the car, which left the road and ended up on its side in a ditch on the outskirts of East Huntspill.
Sgt Kennett of Burnham Police confirmed police had been called to the scene at around 11.20pm. “This was a one-vehicle incident and the young male inside suffered only minor injuries,” he told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
The Causeway between East Huntspill and Woolavington was closed while the emergency services were at the scene.
