Scores of music enthusiasts headed to an Easter Day fundraising event for Burnham-On-Sea’s three-day music and performing arts festival, BOSfest.
The annual Easter Fundraiser was hailed a success at Burnham’s Ritz Social Club on Sunday, raising over £1,200.
Performers included The Caravan Collective, Strum and Bass, Chelsey Dee and Alex Pengelly, Federal Blackout, Raffle, Bob Gallie, Sapphire, Si Cooke, The Delta River Blues Band and Lee Smith.
Organiser Tanya Dyer thanked all those who had attended and played during the day, adding that it had been a “great success.”
“We’re completely overwhelmed and immensely grateful for your support at our Easter Fundraiser, it was a great turnout! Huge thanks to all the amazing artists who performed, giving both their time and their fantastic talents for free to help us raise money to put on BOSfest 2025.”
“Also a shout out to the Ritz Social Club management for letting us use their space and their bar staff who kept everyone well watered throughout the day. Thank you to the BOSfest Committee and volunteers who have always worked so hard to put on this event and BOSfest itself and Phil Horler for providing excellent sound. Thanks as always Burnham-On-Sea.com for spreading the word.”
“Thanks to everyone who attended at a time when we need your support more than ever, raising the biggest an incredible Ritz based Easter Fundraiser record of £1,220 – thank you so much for attending and your very generous donations, we are blown away.”
