A new coffee cart has opened in the car park at Apex Park in Highbridge after securing the concession from Somerset Council.
The Cool Beans Coffee Cart sells freshly brewed Coffee, Teas, Hot Chocolates and soft drinks plus cakes and pastries.
“We are delighted to be in place for the new season and have been getting very positive feedback so far,” owner Beth told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“I’ve been running the business for 18 months in the Banwell area, attending events and food festivals so this is an exciting next step forward for us.”
She adds: “I will be here at Apex Park on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and also during the whole six-week summer holiday period, serving fresh drinks and cakes.”
