A housing development in Highbridge has reached a major milestone, with more than 90% of homes now sold two and a half years after its launch.
Only six three-bedroom properties now remain for sale at Brue Place, Barratt Homes Bristol’s popular development on Huntspill Road of 86 private homes.
Barratt says the neighbourhood has quickly taken shape, attracting a wide range of first-time buyers, growing families, and those looking to downsize for retirement.
