Sam Cook of Bason Bridge passed peacefully away at home with his family by his side, on June 30th 2024, aged 84 years.
A much loved Husband, Dad, Brother, Grampy and friend to all.
The funeral service takes place at Sedgemoor Crematorium on Friday July 12th at 1.00pm.
