The family of Theresa are saddened to announce her passing peacefully on 21st June, aged 63.
Beloved Wife of Paul, Mother to Andrew and Sam, and Sister to Tony, Phil, Nick and Tom.
Her funeral will take place at the Sedgemoor Crematorium at 11am on Tuesday 16th July.
