A special New Year’s Day community walk was held on Burnham-On-Sea seafront on Monday January 1st to mark the start of 2024.
Yellow Brick Road Running and Walking Club organised the 3-mile walk, meeting at 10am outside Bay View cafe on the sea front.
Over a dozen walkers – not all in the photo – joined the walk along the seafront to the Yacht Club and then along the River Brue to Apex Park and back.
Yellow Brick Road is a local walking and running club organised by a group of local people formed to encourage and support people to get outside for a walk, jog or run.
A spokesman thanked all those who attended and added that more events are planned for coming months.
