A drive-in Christmas Carols service that was set to be held in Brean this evening (Monday, December 18th) has been cancelled due to wet weather.
The churches of Berrow and Brean had organised the special event at Brean Country Club at 7pm.
Organisers made the decision amid a wet weather forecast.
Rev Jonathan Philpott says: “I’m really sorry but we have made the decision to cancel the drive-in carols. The weather looks pretty awful and we can’t put the PA out if it is raining.”
