Scores of supporters of Burnham-On-Sea and Highbridge Sea Cadets flocked to the group’s Christmas fair at the weekend.
Taking place at the Burnham Sea Cadets HQ in Cassis Close on Sunday, there was a wide selection of stalls offering seasonal gifts, refreshments and games, plus a visit by Santa!
A spokesperson told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “Thanks to everyone who supported the event on Sunday. It was very successful with lots of people visiting throughout the day. Santa had a constant stream of families and visitors!”
“Many thanks go to all the stall holders, especially those who come a long distance to support the event. Well done also to all the adult volunteers and to the Cadets that gave up their day to help raise awareness of Sea Cadets and help raise funds.”
“It was lovely to see everyone having fun day and making it a success. We raised over £600 which is very much appreciated.”
