Young golfers at Burnham & Berrow Golf Club have celebrated success at an annual awards dinner.
The club held its end-of-year presentations for junior golfers at the golf club on Sunday 26th November, when several awards were handed out.
Juniors from the age of 6 up to to 17 were in attendance, enjoying a nice dinner and then picking up trophies and medals for competitions held throughout the year.
The club’s PGA Professional, Shane Kaye, says: “There are opportunities for all ages and abilities, one of the club’s most popular junior events is the break par matches that happen each month.”
“Juniors start closer to the hole and have to beat a score of 36 over 9 holes before moving further from the hole.”
“We would also like to welcome Lincoln Aston as Burnham & Berrow Golf Clubs Junior Captain for 2024.”
